GoTime Happy Hour Spotlight: Captain Blacks
Great grub, stiff drinks and a chill atmosphere collide at Captain Blacks killer happy hour. Find your inner pirate at this “sea inspired spot” while indulging in happy hour Beecher’s cheese curds, or a Po Boy sub sandwich (among other things). You can hit up The Hill any night of the week from 10pm-12am and indulge in their late night food happy hour too. Food specials start at just $3 so their deep fried mac and cheese won’t break the bank after a night out.
If it’s the drink specials you’re interested in, they don’t skimp there either, drafts start at just $3 during happy hour. Sporty folks can enjoy their brewski while watching the game or if weather is permitting, sit outside. The outdoor seating is pretty awesome and they’ll accommodate parties big and small (outside and inside) so you really have no excuse!
We’re loving the idea of a $6 Captain’s Tea (packs real bang for your buck), some Seattle sunshine and the $3 waffles at happy hour (lets be honest, waffles are great any time of day!) Or HECK, go ahead and try a little bit of everything on their happy hour menu when you win a $75 gift card. Captian Blacks is one of the best new Bars on the Hill! Service is good, food is pretty great, and last time I was in there, I ended up with a whole bunch of drunk Santas screaming “HOOOOOO” at the top of their lungs during Santacon 2009.
I need to try this place! This will def. get me there.
